It is luminous and shows a soft rose petal-pink colour.
The cordon is distinct. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
Discreet and complex on the nose, with aromas of small red fruit: redcurrant, raspberry.
After swirling mineral hints appear along with some peppery touches.
It is silky, delicate and slightly acidulous on the finish.
Serve throughout an entire meal.
